I miss the sex, sure, but I miss the enthusiasm more, the not knowing if it was going to happen, the seduction, the teasing, the "maybe" of the relationship.
After three kids, you know I'm not going anywhere, because where would I go? who would have me? so you don't try to "win" me anymore.
